2. Your Rights Under Amendment 13

Under Amendment 13 to Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, effective August 14, 2025, you have expanded rights regarding the processing of your personal data, including:

  • Rights to correction, deletion, and restriction of processing.

3. What “Tracking” Means

This includes, but is not limited to, the collection, storage, analysis, or sharing of:

  • IP addresses, cookies, digital identifiers, usage data, behavioral data, and any other data that identifies or tracks you.
    Amendment 13’s broadening of what constitutes “personal data” and “processing” clarifies your right to demand cessation of tracking ﹙e.g., tracking for analytics or marketing﹚ .

  • How to Submit Your Request

    To exercise your rights, please send us:

    • Subject: “Tracking Opt‑Out Request — Amendment 13 Rights”

      • Request:

        “I request that all forms of tracking and processing of my personal data be stopped, including cookies, IP logging, and any other digital tracking or profiling mechanisms.”

    • You may submit this via email to info@newage.co.il or through the designated privacy request form if one is available on the website.

      5. Response Timeframe & What to Expect

      • We will acknowledge receipt promptly.

      • We will process your request and cease tracking forthwith, except where continued processing is required by law.

      • You will receive a written confirmation that tracking has been stopped within three (3) business days of your request.

      6. Important Notices

      • If continued processing is legally required (e.g., for compliance purposes), we will inform you accordingly and proceed only as law permits.

      • If you do not receive a response or are not satisfied with the outcome, you may file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA) or seek legal counsel.

      • Amendment 13 enhances enforcement tools, including administrative fines and private claims (e.g., statutory damages up to NIS 10,000 per violation, even without proof of harm)
